We only ship to the UK
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can’t ship overseas, including to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

- You choose your delivery option at checkout.
- In-stock items ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day; orders after that go out on the next dispatch day. Delivery times are counted from dispatch.
- Items marked “available to order” are usually dispatched within 7–14 working days
- Knives and other age-restricted items must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over
We’ll email you when your parcel is on its way, with tracking details for tracked services.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition, and you pay the return postage.
- Within 14 days of delivery (your legal right to cancel): full refund of the item price and the standard delivery charge.
- 15–30 days after delivery: refund of the item price less a 25% restocking fee.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong items: no restocking fee and no return cost to you.
How to return:
- Open your order page (from My account, or the link in your order confirmation email).
- Choose Request a return and tell us which items you’re sending back.
- We’ll show you — and email you — the returns address. Returns go straight back to the seller who supplied your item, so please don’t send them to Fab New Home’s business address.
- Pack the items securely, include your order number, and keep your proof of postage.
Your refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of the seller receiving the items.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund straight away. Products also come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.
